Who we are

Royal Furnace & Duct Cleaning and its Royal Blinds division ("we", "us") are based at 11 Taralea Place NE, Calgary, AB T3J 4W6. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you fill in a form or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, postal code or neighbourhood, the service or products you are interested in, preferred times and any message.

We also record how you found us, such as ad campaign tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid) and the page you used, so we know which ads work. Our site may use analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your request, book and deliver your service, send a confirmation, answer questions and improve our advertising. We only collect what is reasonable for these purposes.

Consent

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing may mean we cannot complete your booking.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery and analytics, and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it securely. Contact us if you have questions about the retention of your information.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our lead records.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within the time PIPA allows. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
